There was some confusion on which level of the parking garage to go to but once that was done they made everything else a breeze. Coming back was simple too and fast. If I go on a cruise out of Miami again I will definitely use them.
Parking was confusing on the 7th floor of the garage. I pulled up and parked, got out of the car, only to have someone tell me I needed to move to the other side. No one was at the top of the ramp when I pulled up, so I thought it was first come first serve. I watched as this same thing happened over and over with other patrons. There should have been an employee at the top of the ramp to tell people where to park, not after they have already gotten out of their vehicles. There was a wait to get a van to the ship, but that was expected. The ride back was fairly quick, with the first van showing up at approximately 7:50AM. A lady asked why he was late and he response was a quick, "We do not start working until 7:30". There were enough people waiting at that time for multiple vans. At least it was not raining.
