Ordering was simple and delivery was expertly managed by Rick and Karen. They came prepared and made a challenging install look very straightforward! They even helped me work out the best lifter based on the space I had available, and have answered questions post-install. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Barbados Hot Tub

At the start of November we decided to order a hot tub for Christmas. Premier seemed to have a good choice at very reasonable prices so we contacted them to discuss. We decided on a Barbados has it had 2 lounge areas. They gave helpful advice especially around the access to our property. Initially due to a tight corner we were advised that we would need a crane lift but Rick kindly reviewed our situation & suggested that if we were able to remove some gates & one bollard they should be able to access our garden. The hot tub was ordered & delivered by 2 helpful chaps at the start of December. Unfortunately the next day when looking to set up we found the electrical cable was missing. We contacted Premier & they were very apologetic & sent an urgent delivery the next day. It has been set up & is working well. We have loved using it with family over Christmas & the New Year. We are very pleased with our hot tub & would recommend the helpful team at Premier Hot Tubs.
