I placed the order on 12/16/25 after reading the reviews on your website how orders are shipped in 2-3 days. Your company name gives the impression that you are based in NY and your website states that you are a "trusted US brand" very deceptive not telling the customer that products are made overseas and take forever to get here through customs. It took 3 weeks to get these sweaters (which were gifts) , which would have been ok because I explained to the recipient that they would be delayed and they looked online to be really nice sweaters. When I finally got them, they were similar to something that I would buy at Walmart. No way could I give them as a gift. And trying to return them was a joke...you have to pay return postage and custom charges. Those charges are almost equal to the cost of the sweaters. What a scam company! And I will make sure to share this on every review platform possible. Quality is horrible and customer service is even worse! Stay far away from this company!
I paid $60 for a $10 sweatshirt. Oh, the pictures made them look like good quality knit sweaters, and I fell for it. What came was 2 flimsy sweatshirts that cost my $60 each and a women’s turtleneck, that was $50, that was supposed to be fur lined and it turned out to be a flimsy sweater that is fleece lined. This website should be shut down and the people arrested for false advertising. Don’t fall for the pictures and the address.
