Absolutely horrible!! I placed my order #3909 on 8/26. I received an email on 9/7 saying it shipped but there has never had tracking info. I’ve reached out multiple times via email and Instagram messaging without a response. What’s worse if they continue to post on IG as if it was a real and reputable company. They are thieves!!
I really should have googled the store before ordering. I ordered on August 24 and nothing has arrived yet. On September 7, I received an email that my package is supposedly on its way. However, when I click on the tracking link it still says "Your order is confirmedWe've accepted your order, and we're getting it ready". I was simply ignored both by customer service and on Instagram.Update from October 14: I received my order two days ago. However, I had two unpleasant surprises there too. first, 2 of the 6 items were missing. second, I was really very disappointed with the packaging. the products were just packed in small plastic bags. Without any protection. This looks on the one hand simply cheap and leads on the other hand to the fact that a large part of the product has landed smudged in the bag. This is especially a pity because I actually wanted to give it away. But since it unfortunately looks very unaesthetic I will probably rather get another gift.
I ordered 3 glitters Aug 23, order #3882. After no update for over a week I sent emails. I recieved an email saying it had shipped. I checked my order page and it said it had not even been processed. I sent another email and got no response. Eventually I tried sending a message on Instagram. No response. I tried commenting on Instagram, no response. I sent another email. No response. Eventually, in October, I recieved AN order. My order still shows it never shipped. What I recieved was definitely not MY order. I tried emailing, commenting and messaging again...no response. This was my last resort. I've never seen a company be so terrible as customer service, response, shipping, etc. Everything about this was done wrong and I got ripped off out of my money. I did everything I could to try and get this and to get MY order. Pretty little cosmetics did nothing to try and get me my order. Judging by these reviews, I see I'm far from the only one. Plus, the company's rude responses taking zero accountability speaks volumes. I cannot recommend anyone to shop here. I certainly never will again. It's a shame. Their product looked pretty. And whoever's order they sent me, the packaging was subpar( just lil ziplock-type baggies), there was nothing to keep the glitter from coming put of the pan nor to keep the pan protected in shipping. Now I'm stuck with an order I definitely didn't want and can't use.EDIT: I VERY clearly stated my order still shows it was never shipped and what came in the other day was NOT my order. I knew they'd try to reply, be rude and not even actually read the review that CLEARLY stated what was sent to me was NOT what i had ordered...but I have all the screenshots of what I ordered, the emails I sent, the messages I sent, what was actually sent to my house and the comments that went ignored.EDIT 2: it's October 9th and there's been zero emails from PLC.EDIT 3: It's October 15, and STILL zero emails from PLC.
Disappointed, frustrated, and empty handed is how you will feel if you order from Pretty Little Cosmetics. I'm not sure if this business is a scam or just terrible at their job. I placed, what I would say, was a fairly large order (order #4343) on September 29th. The eyeshadow was for my daughter's birthday party that we were having at a rivalry soccer game. My daughter and I were so excited for the product, and it was going to be perfect for all the girls to wear to the game. The party wasn't until October 23rd, so I figured that would have been plenty of time to receive my order.Well, the product didn't show up in time for the party, so I thought that we would at least have it for Halloween.... NOPE. It has now been 28 business days, and I still haven't received my order, or an email reply from Pretty Little Cosmetics. I don't know what I'm going to do with all the purple, blue, and red shadows at this point, but I wish I wouldn't have ever ordered from this business. Maybe it will come, maybe it won't. Maybe I got scammed, or maybe we'll get our order by my daughter's next birthday... who knows, but if you're considering ordering from Pretty Little Cosmetics, don't expect to receive your order anytime soon, or at all.UPDATE:So my "order" did come in today (36 business days later).I did NOT get everything in my order. I had ordered nine items and I only got five. Two of the five colors that were delivered, I hadn't ordered even though it has what I paid for on the package it was delivered in. The product I did receive must have gotten wet somewhere in the 8 weeks it took to get here, and it was not properly packaged, so I don't even think I can use what I did get.
Total scam in a glittery package. Clearly they send out just enough product to look mildly legit and for you to think maybe you'll be the lucky one. Just don't do it. They take your money and you'll never hear from them again. No email reply, comments removed from insta. Disgusting business really - however all their business info, names and addresses are all over the UK government sites so I'm sure someone will come after them soon enough.
