Review Time
I have still not received my product. Is this company a scam? I am going to dispute my charges…..this is probably why they don’t accept PayPal! Save yourself the headache and do not order from this “company”! I am extremely frustrated and disappointed!!!
I ordered on July 18th, it’s august 13th and my order never arrived. It’s a uk based company and I’m in the uk. I guess I’ve been scammed like everyone else here.To add, I’ve contacted the company numerous times via email and dm but no reply to any of my communications.I’ve still not had any communication as of august 27th. I will be doing a chargeback via my bank tomorrow as I’ve had ZERO communication, ZERO tracking and ZERO product received.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HEREI made my order on august 13th. i received an email on august 19th saying it was shipped. it’s september 20th now and i still haven’t received it. i’ve emailed them at least 10 times, contacted them on all social media and ive been with nothing. i’m accepting that ill never get my refund. i am extremely angry and disappointed.
I purchased some items for a wedding (order # 3782) I was doing. The purchase was as on 8/11/23, I paid for expedited shipping. My order stated fulfilled after 7 days, the express shipping states 5-15 days. Still listed as fulfilled as of 9/16/23. I have emailed 10x, numerous messages on Instagram and nothing. I have left messages on their posts asking for someone to contact me, they have deleted my posts and every time I post Instagram is now saying it’s spam. I have contacted my CC company to dispute the charge, but I want my product. The absolute worst service I have ever encountered. I see they post that they are shipping orders, but mine still hasn’t shipped even though I paid for express shipping. I have posted on social media wherever I can not to purchase from them. I am very disappointed in Pretty Little Cosmetics. I just want my order or my refund. It’s been a week since my post and still nothing from them. I see they are posting on other posts, but nothing on mine. I will continue posting about not purchasing from them, anywhere I can. Absolutely horrific customer service. This makes me not want to ever buy from a small business again.
* update* i have now sent a further email after still not hearing back, and after submitting my information and order number here. 09/01I ordered two glitters and a body pigment in august, the order initially was about three weeks late, when I tried to contact them to find out where my order was, didn’t receive a reply. When the order turned up, it was missing the body pigment. (The glitters are really nice but definitely not worth it for the experience I’ve had) I reached out and did receive a quick response apologising and offering a refund or to send the missing item, I asked them to re-send the missing item. It never turned up. I’ve emailed again…to now ask for a refund for the body pigment on the 17/12 and have heard nothing, even though they have an auto response saying they’ll reply in three days…Order #3661
I ordered on 10th August my order number was 3755 I had a wedding coming I received the email that my order is on the way but never got it’s more than a month I have sent thousands of emails and messages but no response I don’t know what kind of business they are doing if they have zero customer service I wish there is option of minus rating so I could select that
Update for reply below, you quite clearly aren't sending out everyone's orders so yes that classifieds as a scam. 10 August is more than a month ago so I don't see how i "won't have received" anything yet. I also as per my review received a dispatch email from yourself a week after my order, the email says I can track it but there are no details to track it. No point asking for more information when I've already tried to contact you 4 times! DO NOT ORDER!!! COMPLETE SCAM,!! Put in an order on 10 August, received an email saying products were dispatched and that I could track them, no such tracking could be done, I checked website and email nothing. I then sent an email a week later asking how to track and that I haven't received anything, no reply to my email, I sent messages on Instagram to which there was no reply and I emailed again, saying I was going to need to get a refund from the bank. Again no reply. They can't even reply to comments unless they think their going to get money out of you! I'm now waiting on the form coming from the bank.
REALLY DISSAPOINTED..was really looking forward to my order orderd 5th August said the dispatched 15th there in the UK like me so I was shocked by 10 days b4 it was dispatched then no delivery at all no tracking either very difficultto get contact with them. I emailed 9 times before I got a reply I also wrote on there media posts and messaged on the Instagram to be ignored felt Customer satisfaction is not as important than posting content..finely replied back to my request for refund today 30th August 23 and said be upto 3 days for my refund.. we shall see l'll update if refund rescieved. If not ill contact my bank for money back and seek advice about beging scammed and options to take towards pretty little cosmetics as it seems there is alot of missed orders and no money back on request from the reviews im reading . Review will be updated on refund . X #UPDATE no refund after being told there was one issued to me and now are ignoring my emails .. UPDATE STILL IGNORING NO REFUND DO NOT USE
I placed an order at the end of July, order #3706, at the end of September I still didn't receive anything despite an email confirming the shipment. I tried to contact them several times via email and Instagram but never received a response. I don't even know how to get my money back. I spent over £30!!!
