Review Time
I normally don’t write nor want to write negative reviews. But I’m writing this as I am frustrated and want to share my experience. Hopefully this company can improve their service for new customers.After numerous attempts reaching out to this company I still have zero response. I tried e-mail and IG. Via e-mail you get an automated response about that they are really busy and wil respond within about 3 working days. I have ordered in september (issue: missing a lot of items in my received order), contacted in oktober and november and still no response. So the promise/message of responding in 3 working days is unfortunately not true. So I thought; let’s try IG! They are very active on IG, posting several times a day. And this is the easy medium to stay in contact with your customers if I say so myself. Then they must see or respond to my question about my order in september… nope still nothing! I am very disappointed about this. I understand that mistakes can be made concerning an order. No problem at all as long as you try to solve this with your customer by listening, helping and communicating. But none of these traits are existent in my experience. I am starting to wonder if there even is a customer service. I hope you can improve this for future customers…
Bought a make your own palette back in December. I only had a dispatch confirmation after I'd emailed to ask what was happening with my order after 3 weeks. It finally arrived and the packaging for the pans weren't even the ones shown on Instagram, see through packets that most of the product had gotten squashed on.After wiping most of the product back in with my finger I realised that two of the colours weren't what I ordered.Easy mistake to make, it was a busy time of the year.I emailed and got a response which was a refund or the colours sending out. I opted for a refund for the two pans as I was most likely going to order again and I could get the colours I wanted and even more.Almost a month later and more than three attempts to contact I ended up going to my bank. Only then did I have responses to my emails trying to bully and scare me saying they were going to file a dispute. Obviously they had no leg to stand on as I'd given all the information correctly with proof to my bank.I only ordered after waiting a long time and one of the girls I knew featured on a video they posted. I was excited but was exceptionally dissapointed with order. The colours were poorly mixed also.
I was super excited to order this makeup, as it looked absolutely beautiful. Sadly, it never arrived. I got an email saying I received a refund, which was weird because they never gave a reason why they weren't able to send me the products I'd spent a long time picking out- felt like a heap of time wasted there.Worst of all, I never got a refund either. I sent them an email asking about it, plus a message on Instagram, but they never replied.
Still waiting an answer for my order #4465, tried on insta, FB, mail... Since my insta try, the mail I received with status " shiped ", when I click to try to have news, I have an error page... very unhappy not to have at least any answer ! I made a nearly 65 euros purchase
I ordered some make up from this brand, however, it never arrived. In good faith I talked with the owner on Instagram DM, and she offered to make a refund if it didn't arrive in 2 days- when it didn't arrive in 4 I reached out again, and... never heard back. Looks like some orders do make it through, but based on the % of comments, she is keeping more money than what she delivers...
I have ordered from this company several times and every time received my products - although these reviews are negative I’ve had a completely different experience! The products I’ve received were identical to the ones seen on Instagram and high quality. Shipping as well was incredibly quick. I’m unsure why the other reviews are so poor as I’ve had nothing but success ordering from this company.
