Review Time
I ordered in November 2022 via IG and paid with Applepay. I never received my order. They finally responded to one of my emails and said it would be delivered first week of January 2023 & they would refund my shipping & still nothing. I have messaged them numerous times on TikTok and IG and no response. It seems like they are scamming a lot of people. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !
I placed my order on November 25,2022 for an autumn palette and 4 other single eyeshadow glitters. After a month of waiting, I contacted them regarding my unshipped order and they stated that due to the Royal Mail Strike that there was delays and I should have it in a few weeks. After waiting and receiving nothing I contacted them again and no reply. By now, I’ve sent at least 4 different emails and I have been ignored! I even commented and messaged them on Instagram, nothing! I’ve ordered from hidden cosmetics and kaima cosmetics, both based in the UK and received my orders so fast so there is no excuse for this mess. You should not be stealing peoples hard earned money like this and as a fellow Muslim I am deeply disappointed.Update: my review has been flagged because they do not think my review is based on a “genuine experience”. Instead of actually trying to help me you attempt to discredit my review when I clearly provided my order number. This company is an absolute joke and I am reporting this incident to Trading Standards and contacting my bank for a refund.Edit: Of course I’ve sent documentation to trustpilot and I will email them to you as well.Don’t blame this on me. I paid for my products in full. It is you who could not fulfill your end of the deal and yes, STOLE my money by definition. There is no integrity in your words and there are several reviews with the same unresolved issues.
I had a bad shopping experience with this store. I bought some products on black friday 2022 and after 2 months without any response to the numerous emails sent, I was always answered with a delay of weeks. Saying that they would refund me the amount paid, but to date they have not responded and have not paid the amount due.
Same thing as everybody else its a scam… didn’t answer any e-mails even the consumer union from Belgium send you. They work with lawyers so you will hear from them. I orderd also at Black Friday and I didn’t receive anything from them. Its almost New Years Eve… It doesn’t matter if an order takes long bcs of Black Friday but that they didn’t even answer that is a problem…
There is something wrong with this company. Either they are out of stock or out of senses. When your trapped customer pays you hard earned money off that means they deserve atleast a reply. I placed an order on 24th nov. I chose express delivery and it was CLEARLY mentioned express delivery (1-3 days). When i didnt received any dispatch text i went back to website and it wasnt working. I sent them msgs on insta. NO REPLY. I sent them email NO REPLY. They got enough time to post their products on insta but no time to reply the customers they have taken money already. Even i commented on their post, they nicely ignored it. WOW! I ordered it for my sister and was supposed to bring it along to dubai on 7th dec. Now even if they post it its useless for me and no one is at home to receive it. I kept informing about my travel dates through insta and email which they never bothered to reply. Kept asking for refund. Now i am only left with one option that i open a dispute to get my money back through bank. Hats off to wonderful service. I will never recommend to anyone. Ok fine you have got VERY HIGH VOLUME of orders and the team is definitely not enough to work competently but refund is just a click away by only 1 person. Like how many days needed to process? Its enough!
Ordered 3 pallets on November 10th #1782 and still haven’t received them. They were supposed to be Christmas gifts. I have tried to contact them and they don’t respond. I got scammed 😞Edit:Now into the middle of February and still nothing. I have sent numerous emails and have even commented on Tiktok and Instagram. All messages get deleted. I have not been rude. I see that their “customer service” is commenting back on these reviews trying to say that they are not scammers. You have so many reviews saying you have not fulfilled these orders. Just know Karma is a b**** and so are you.
