I placed my order on July 30th...still nothing

I placed my order on July 30th - it is now Sept 20th - and I have still not received tracking info or my order (Order# 3667).I have also written to customer service with no answer.Very disappointed. No customer service, no product. And I was so hopeful, as the products seemed exciting and good. But to no avail. I would like either a refund or the products but would need customer service to answer, which isn't happening. So very, very disappointed.

Buy it somewhere else, this company will take your money and not ship it

Read the reviews (they were bad) but decided to try ordering it anyway. It was a horrible mistake. It has been over a month with no communication (tried a emailing them a few times) and even dmed them on Instagram (they post almost daily). After weeks still had no replies. Decided to leave a comment warning people that their package will not arrive and you will not get a response back and the comment was removed within seconds. They must know what they are doing. I don't have another word but scam.

I ordered in September, have NOT received product. Disgraceful. Unable to reach anyone at company.Update as of December the 21st, still have not received any products!!!!!!
