Most authentic soft pretzel I've ever had! Customer service was wonderful after having a shipment disappear in route, another was sent immediately and arrived quickly. That original shipment never arrived so a mailperson somewhere must have been hungry! Pretzels have great flavor and texture. Be sure to follow directions and freeze immediately if not comsumed on day of arrival. They thaw quickly and no loss in flavor. Have recommended to several friends already!! Job well done Pretzels.com!!!!

A New Twist on Pretzels! 🥨😋

I usually buy peanut butter pretzels from the supermarket so I figure I'd give Pretzel.com a try after seeing there advertisement on Facebook. I ordered the strawberry, jelly peanut butter pretzels which were delivered today, and I can honestly say that they are the best pretzels that I've ever tasted! They're packed with flavor with a toasted crunch! 😋 I now just placed an order for the watermelon sour licorice, looking forward to my next delivery!

The pretzels are great. If heated correctly. I love warming them up over some charcoal . Maybe even a burn spot or two. Great taste, Dip in some spicy brown Louisiana mustard.. yum, yum..

Everything arrived quickly and fresh

Everything arrived quickly and fresh! We tried the Pretzel Challah for the first time and it was absolutely Delicious! 7 minutes in the oven and it was perfectly toasted on the outside and nicely soft on the inside. This is our new favorite pretzel! And of course the Pretzel Gems, well there aren't words for them except I am completely addicted to them!

Only qualm is FedEx isn't the greatest…

Only qualm is FedEx isn't the greatest delivery service, and my package wasn’t getting delivered properly and was sent back. Luckily, you guys handled it with quickness and got my order back out to me. The delivery was still done poorly, but I did get my package. Great savory flavors for the pretzels (GOUDA & DILLY RANCH ARE AMAZING!!!) The sweet flavors are tame to me, but still delicious and snackable but savory flavors are where this company shines bright I see. Gouda needs to be PERMENANT FOREVER!! I's like a toasty bacon and cheese taste that's INSANITY!!! A cinnamon roll or nutty apple pie flavor might be a great sweet flavor to try out next! A spicy dill pickle flavor would hit 100% especially since pickles have been trending SO HARD!!!
