The box came with no mark of which side was up. Plants were all over the place and the box full of soil that I could not use as different plants had different soil needs in the same box so not amazing. It might be a one time off. I might order in the future, but if this happens again I will not. Plants are good size and as described, just more care in the packaging is required.
