It definitely helps my cravings and over eating! I’ve already lost a few pounds by taking the PQ7 combined with working out 4-5 days a week. It lost a star because you have to drink 70 oz of water a day, which isn’t mentioned on their website or instructions on the bag, the email with this information was sent in a separately days after after I bought the product. I got a terrible UTI because of this lack of information, I should’ve researched it more after my urine started turning neon green. When you buy this on their website, it automatically signs you up for a subscription service, so keep an eye out for that.
I also take this with the normal Primal Queen supplements, and I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my energy levels. I only take one a day since I’m a tinier person (under 5’ and 130 lbs).
This was the 2nd beef organ supplement I tried. The first brand I felt a huge difference in my mood especially around my cycle. Less bloated and way less irritable. Shouldn't have fixed what wasn't broken. Heard great things about primal queen and was drawn to it being made for women. It did absolutely nothing for me besides make me constipated. No changes in my mood what so ever. After some research it looks like they are a proprietary blend which means there is no way of knowing the amount of each organ you are getting per capsule. And from what I read the dosage is extremely low for the price point. The only positive is that they allowed me to return my subscription that I forgot to cancel.
What should be fat and saggy is muscle without even going to the gym.
If I actually started working out, I know my body would be in the best shape of my whole life and I’m almost 50

I received the product assuming “money back guarantee” was 4 a 1 time purchase to try the product 4 3mnths. Imagine my surprise 2 see an $88 charge from them on my bank acct pending! The ad never mentions that u r agreeing to a subscription. Try it for 3mnths that’s what it said…so if what if I didn’t like the product? It hasn’t been the full 3mnths and now I have a whole new shipment coming and a charge on my card I didn’t even kno I approved. Bad business.
I have nothing 2 negative to say about the product. It doesn’t taste bad. But after reading some of the reviews and noticing that I have had some of those same issues I think I’m going 2 stop using it.
Symptom 1) another woman stated she had a massive pain on the left side of her rib cage after taking this supplement. I 2 experienced the same type of pain she described and was physically unable 2 move for almost 5dys. I’ve never experienced that before and didn’t think 2 attribute it 2 the supplement. But I stopped taking it at the recommended dose and the pain hasn’t come back.
Symptom 2) another woman experienced increased acne. This is also an issue. I’m very selective about my skin care as I’m allergic 2 many things and I have noticed an increase in pimples even tho I haven’t changed my skincare routine.
The 2 problems by themselves aren’t enough to cancel the subscription, I guess because they themselves have a minor remedy as I have not been taking them at the recommended dose, but sneaking in the subscription is the main reason I will b canceling.
I was so excited to try this, since I saw it advertised everywhere. I bit the bullet and spent the money on it and.....I am on my third month and nothing. Other than finding out the hard way not to take it at night (keeps you up all night long), it doesn't give me energy when taken in the morning. It has done nothing for weight loss and I don't feel or look any different. I wish that it worked because the ads really drive it all home and make it believable. I find there's a lot of paid reviews saying positive things but I didn't experience anything and I gave it a solid try!
I’ve been very pleased with the super foods, particularly the beef organs. Recently, I also began using the creatine bites, and they are excellent. I've noticed a significant boost in my weight loss since incorporating both into my daily routine. I plan to keep using them and am eager to try the latest product, although it's currently sold out.
I want to share an honest, non-incentivized review. They fulfill their promises, providing a way to get the necessary creatine into your system. However, the size of the gummies can be overwhelming when you have to take five at once. They seem to be produced in small batches, which can have its benefits, but the taste tends to fluctuate month to month. Personally, I find the flavor to be somewhat artificial, leaning more towards honeydew melon rather than watermelon. I maintained my subscription for several months to give it a fair shot, but ultimately I canceled it as they started to accumulate, and I didn't look forward to taking them. In my view, the no-taste powder in my shake is much easier to consume.
At 32, I began using this beef organ supplement after my second child, hoping it would aid my postpartum health. Prior to starting the product, my lab results were excellent, including my cholesterol levels. However, after a few months of consistent use, my follow-up labs revealed a shocking spike in cholesterol. My doctor indicated it was high enough to consider medication if it didn't decrease soon. I immediately stopped taking the supplement and repeated the labs, which thankfully showed everything back to normal. This unexpected outcome led me to research, and I found that some individuals can be sensitive to such supplements, leading to increased cholesterol. Regrettably, I had to discard the remaining pills, feeling it was a total waste of money. While this may not occur for everyone, it was a very negative experience for me and not a risk I would take again.
I’m 25 days into my 3-month period and will continue to see if there are any changes to report, but so far, I haven’t experienced any positive effects. There have been no hormonal changes, my acne remains the same, periods are unchanged, and PMS symptoms are consistent. There's been no increase in libido or improvement in my energy levels. The only noticeable change is weight gain; despite maintaining the same diet and exercise routine, I’ve gained at least 5 lbs, which is significant for someone of my height.
