Complete Ripoff

I would give this a 1 star, but it deserves 0. I ordered a print well in advance for Christmas. After paying $85, it was supposedly 'delivered' today (12/19/25). FedEx sent a photo of the delivery, but it was NOT my house! I questioned them, but despite my insistence, they insisted it was correct. Going through the dispute process was unhelpful, as they sided with the seller. Avoid this service unless you enjoy being ripped off!

Inexpensive Quality

I received my print relatively quickly, but I paid extra for a frame that turned out to be made of cheap wood, leaving the print wrapped around it. I feel I spent too much for what I got.

Personalized Holiday Pictures for Family Keepsake

I decided to order two family pictures for our children just two weeks before Christmas. I was worried about timing, so I reached out to customer service, and they assured me I would receive them on time. A week later, my husband wanted one for our grandson’s family. Although the ad mentioned it might arrive after Christmas, I was pleasantly surprised to receive it on December 23rd. They are beautiful family memories, and I highly recommend this service.
