Review Time
I paid for some novelty masks for an event and didn't get what I asked for. I gave instructions for what I wanted and contact details for further clarification but my instructions were ignored, nobody contacted me and I received the wrong masks. When I queried it, the person I spoke to on the phone was uninterested and dismissive and referred me to the website - which is also hard to navigate. Extremely disappointed and will never use their services again. Would give zero stars if I could.
Really great service from Printster.co.uk! It was so easy to create our design and the mug arrived very quickly. We also got a follow-up e-mail a few days later to check that all was ok: great customer service - thank you very much! :-)
Was very happy with the product, better than expected. Customer services are fantastic. My first mug arrived broken, I emailed them a photo. They were very apologetic about it and sent me a replacement the next day. I will definitely used this company again. Highly recommend them.
My order arrived very quickly and I am very happy with it.I ordered coasters with my dog's pictures on them. I loved that I could have 4 different pictures rather than the same image on all 4. Really nice quality.I think it's very likely I will order from them again.
