Quick delivery but very disappointed with quality. I ordered their large photo album and one of the folder clip did not close properly - it is impossible to fix into place (making it impossible to turn pages). Also the black pages were all bent slightly making it difficult to attach photos. I’m surprised they didn’t check their product before sending. The quality of the album does not justify the premium price tag attached to it. I would not recommend - emailed the company today and awaiting to hear back.
I placed my order for one of their photo albums 4 weeks ago, I paid £8 for 3-6 days delivery and 2 weeks later i got an email saying it has been delivered (but it hadn’t). So I emailed them asking for proof of delivery, to which they couldn’t prove, they chatted some sh** for a few days and then offered to send another one, I said I wanted my delivery refunded to which they said they had issued a refund. They didn’t, so I emailed them again, and eventually got my delivery refunded a week after they said they did it. I then got another email saying it would arrive today but yet again hasn’t, it’s been 4 weeks so far, they’re no longer answering my emails, and they don’t accept PayPal payments so I’m going to have to try and get help from the bank. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
I have ordered from PrintWorks Market Twice, both times, their photo albums. The first order went off great and I had no problems receiving my tracking number and order in the specified timeframe. I liked the photo albums and quality seemed fine. My friend works in the chessboard making business and told me to avoid their games as they are of cheap quality.The second order was horrendous. I placed my order on Feb 17th. When I had received neither a tracking code nor the package by Feb 26th, I emailed their customer service, and here’s where it gets even worse:1. They don’t reply until the evening of March 2nd.2. Every one sentence reply took 24 hours.3. They said my item was stuck in the delivery warehouse and didn’t give me a tracking number or a reason why. They just offered to send me the package again.4. I got fed up with them and called UPS directly to work out what was wrong, and they told me it was a seller issue, and the seller had not been providing the correct customs papers and so the item had been returned to them from Denmark- the item had never even set foot into the UK where I am based.5. I ask the customer service agent for a refund explaining this, because the item was for a birthday which was going to be too late given their massive delays on customer service. 6. Customer service at no point apologies. They accuse me of not wanting to pay customs which was not the issue at all. In my experience, customs is paid once the item is actually in the UK. UPS specified it was a seller issue. I was just disgusted by how they accused me of the problem when all of these failures sit squarely with the seller. Please save yourself some money and support others on Etsy instead. This company doesn’t know how to run a business.
What a bad experience!!! Order 3 items (set of Cards, dominos and Chess) spending 74 EUR. The most expensive item was the Chessboard for 63 EUR. To my surprise, the quality of the Chessboard does not correspond to the picture on the website, meaning the representation they have on the website will differ from what you receive. The chessboard I received had poorly finished and was not as shiny and clean when compared to the website. I contacted the support, provided some photos, to which they immediately offered to send a new piece - the new piece arrived, and had exactly the same defects - this confirmed my assumptions that they are aware of what they are doing (selling products that do not correspond to reality), which is a really bad practice towards their costumers. Will never spend my money here ever again. I hope this review helps other customers.
We bought 3 items during Christmas time.After i placed the order, i have not received a confirmation mail, then few days later i wrote to the assistance service and they updated me about the status of the order that was in delivery. The items arrived in 5 workings days as initially predicted by the company. I like their style, they use and combine wonderful colors. In the end all good!
Do not order hereOrder should be delivered within 3-6 business days. Even on the 5th day i havent received a trackingnumber or update.I did receive an e-mail from klarna that my order should be paid this week but i havent even received it and if i do i cant even make up my mind if i want to keep it or not because i will be too late with the payment
Horrible customer service. Right as I received my order confirmation I noticed my shipping address was missing my house number, so I tried reaching out to customer service — they don’t have a phone number so I sent an email. Nothing. I sent another. Again nothing. I even reached out to them through their Instagram and they didn’t respond! This was over the matter of days — and not even the weekend. In the end I had to go and create an account with UPS and call three different UPS offices spending hours on hold with them to get the shipment sorted, when all that could have been fixed in minutes before anything shipped had Printworks just done the minimum customer service. I’ve never been more appalled by customer service in my life. Never ordering again from this hapless company.
