The credit card information you provided is retained against your wishes and charged months after your rental ends, based on misleading claims. This is a violation of international data protection regulations, which the UAE adheres to! I have never encountered such unprofessionalism and dishonesty! This service tarnishes the reputation of the UAE!
This was my worst car rental experience. The car was filthy when I picked it up. Upon returning it, I was charged for fees that were not disclosed beforehand. I waited 45 minutes at the counter just to dispute these charges. The customer service was rude and unprofessional. I feel cheated and believe they took my money without justification. They do not value customer time or finances. I advise everyone to avoid this service. I will never rent from them again.
An extremely unprofessional service! They blatantly violate personal data security! Despite clear instructions not to save my credit card, they kept it on file and charged me months after my rental based on false claims. They disregard The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which is applicable globally, and the UAE is a member! I have never encountered such a dishonest and unprofessional service! This company brings shame to the esteemed nation of the UAE!
The most unpleasant experience I've ever had. The car was in terrible condition and extremely dirty, unlike anything I've seen before. Unfortunately, I can't provide pictures, but it was so bad that I had an allergic reaction from the dust! I would not trust this service again.
The system is decent, but I can't comprehend why they allow customers to reserve a car for just 15 minutes. I had to make around six reservations to finally find a car since the one I needed was 40 minutes away. The first two locations were incorrect, and I wasted two hours searching, spending 300 dirhams on rides. They should refund me for the first two trips where no car was available.
This is by far the worst car rental service. Why would they not insure their cars, even for minor accidents, and instead expect customers to pay for insurance? Initially, 437 AED was deducted from my account instead of 137 AED. Since Sunday, they have been withdrawing money from my card, and last night, they overcharged me an additional 2600 AED for insurance repairs because their cars lack coverage. This is outrageous! I'm sharing my experience to warn anyone considering this service; I've lost 3068.2 AED on a trip that cost 137 AED. It's heartbreaking.
I could not find the car; the location map kept looping in the multi-level parking. Every 15 minutes, my reservation would expire, and there was no way to contact anyone. After 45 minutes of searching for the car and trying to maintain my reservation, my account was blocked due to too many cancellations. They need significant improvements in customer service.
What kind of customer service is this? I was charged an extra 350 AED, and when I called for clarification, the representative insisted it was valid. When I pointed out discrepancies in the app regarding my trip, he rudely hung up on me. When I called back, he recognized my voice and hung up again without a word.
Better off taking a taxi! The support staff advised me to disregard the amount the app displayed after I paid 144 AED. I had until the next day for the daily rental, went on a short ride, and was charged an additional 70 AED on top of the initial 144 AED. Be cautious of the maximum 100 km per day; this app is not worth it.
