So I bought my car from car giant. Was sold AA warranty. I paid £599 and honestly was a waste of money!!! Never doing warranty with AA. Ever again. When it’s being sold they make it out that a lot is covered but when it comes to it almost nothing is covered. Takes forever for them to answer a phone call. I been on the phone an hour chasing them up!!! And when they do pick up they direct me to garages that are so unhelpful!!! Or they are fully booked!!!!
Sons 4 year old Car developed a fault had breakdown repair cover ( warranty) covered all of it. When to main dealers they liaised with AA warranty all the way we didn't even speak with them & got me back on road within 4 days & wow thats going to the main dealers. Authorised all the work Thats paying the dealership & waiting for the cheque. By emailing the invoice keep the great work up you are a life safer

Its was so much use if we did our homework and research the service? before saying YES?, now the time as come and you need the service: AND it comes the ice cold wastewater down your head. My Mercedes B class had a mechanical break down at M25 last month. Was told they have only one garage in London for auto transmission breakdown. On top of my claim was declined for flying wheel n dual clutch replacement (as per AA independent assessor saying it’s wear n tear). However when I been to Mercedes dealer ship with old parts. They assured me it was not wear n tear. It was component failure occurred by mechanical breakdown. Would never ever recommend AA warranty to anybody known to me
