Avoid at all costs! I was sold an AA warranty through a used car dealership. It was only after the purchase that I found out it was actually with a company called "Motorway Direct" - alarm bells starts ringing at this point. When I had an issue, they suddenly came up with an almighty list of exclusions that were never mentioned at the time of purchase and refused to pay out. Even the garage - the one that I took the car to on their recommendation - told me that they almost never pay out! Total waste of money and time. I went with AA as I thought they were a brand I could trust... can't believe they would allow themselves to be associated with these crooks.

This was the worst example of "expedited shipping" that you could pay for. I HIGHLY regret my decision to purchase this laptop from HP.com for a savings of $85.00 versus my local "Big Box" store. The shipping time was absurd for this item and the one shipping update I received from HP.com stating that my laptop was going to be delivered on July 18th was also wrong. I am now expected to receive my order on July 19th (keeping fingers crossed). I will not make another purchase from HP.com as the small savings I received was not worth the huge shipping time frame.

Absolutely disgusting. I feel robbed! This warranty doesn’t cover anything and they will tell you it does, you will get the work done and then they’ll tell you it’s not covered. They will also make you get the work done which i flat out refused before telling you if it is covered. I had a problem with my electric brakes, a sensor. They told me the mechanic needed to call them to tell them exactly what it is. They also told me the mechanic needed to fix it and then they would tell me if it’s covered which i was not willing to do for obvious reasons. The mechanic called them and he was told it was covered. So he’s fixed the problem and now the AA are saying it isn’t covered which means I have to pay. I don’t have the money so now I am in debt with the mechanic after thinking it would be covered which is what the AA said!!!! It’s absolutely vile what they have done. Robbed us! DO NOT USE THEM FOR A WARRANTY. The garage I got the car from with the warranty doesn’t even use them anymore as they don’t pay out for anything.

Even though I have engineers reports stating that the AA are liable for what happened to my vehicle they refuse to pay, they also told us it was ok for us to hire a car while ours was being fixed they now deny this and refuse to pay for that also. Absolute liars, total con and a waste of money. We were going to renew it when it ran out but now we will never give the AA another penny for this shambles and we will take our breakdown cover elsewhere too because we are so disgusted by their actions. Don’t bother complaining either as they will not reply.

So I bought my car from car giant. Was sold AA warranty. I paid £599 and honestly was a waste of money!!! Never doing warranty with AA. Ever again. When it’s being sold they make it out that a lot is covered but when it comes to it almost nothing is covered. Takes forever for them to answer a phone call. I been on the phone an hour chasing them up!!! And when they do pick up they direct me to garages that are so unhelpful!!! Or they are fully booked!!!!
