BRILLIANT COURIER SERVICE

Excellent communication from start to Finnish .had a problem with the item being initially damaged but the courier was quick in sorting it out with the retailer and and another one was sent in days .EXCELLENT company can not find fault .one of the few companies who care about customer satisfaction.

Couriers were unfriendly & unhelpful

Couriers were unfriendly, didn't say hello, couldn't speak English, scratched my furniture on the pavement and refused to carry the item into my apartment, despite being paid to do so. Would not use again.
