Good communication throughout, from advising that they were the courier, when they would collect the item, what day the delivery would be, a three hour time slot, when item had been collected & a phone call fifteen minutes before delivery. The delivery men were very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend them & use them if I needed a courier.
Proovia was selected by an eBay seller to deliver vintage furniture to my house. Their service was highly professional, supported by an excellent management system and user-friendly interface, with frequent email updates on delivery status and ETA. The delivery itself was careful and punctual. Overall, a very positive experience. I will likely use Proovia myself in the future.
Firstly I got an email to say when it would be delivered with the option to change times or location.Then on the day I got an email with an accurate time slot and a tracking to see how far away it was. I also got a phone call 15 minutes before the delivery for final confirmation.The parcel was quite heavy but the delivery drivers moved the parcel to exactly where I wanted it, not just left at the front door like a few do.
