Superb service & a perfect delivery

Superb service & could not ask for better! Kept updated from several days before the delivery. On the day before delivery a time window as provided for the following day. During the day of delivery, repeated updates provided peace of mind and minimised any disruption. Delivery drivers were very helpful & polite. Perfect.

Would not go past the 1st floor had to beg them to take to 2nd

They decided they wouldn’t go past the first floor - even tho I was on the 2nd. Had to beg them to take up to the next floor and they didn’t even bring into the flat - had to wait for my partner to come home to help me and it was blocking the corridor. I would have paid more if that was the issue. Very shocking!

No issues with the notifications of…

No issues with the notifications of when they’ll deliver. The couple who did so were fast and efficient. My only issue was that their use of English was limited. No messing, no niceties - just delivered
