Review Time
I was not given an estimate of when the delivery would be made so could not plan my day. The delivery men were a bit unfriendly and unhelpful. I asked if the sideboard was heavy and they said ‘what do you think’ I asked if they could wait until I had checked if all the parts were there and they just left.
The delivery was a week later than expected and the drivers left the item (a large item of furniture) at the bottom of a track. We needed to position it on a wheelbarrow to get it to the house. I explained the fact that we lived on a track to the people organising the delivery. All around appalling service.
I ordered a power chair and it was to be delivered by Proovia Couriers.From the time of ordering I was kept informed of progress, and when and how it was to be delivered.I could track the delivery in real time and received updates regularly.When it arrived, the two men delivering, parked considerately in my small cul de sac and brought the item right inside.They were both friendly, helpful, professional and courteous.I would most definitely recommend Proovia Couriers.
