Review Time
My delivery has been cancelled twice, and on the second time on the morning of delivery I received a message to say they weren't sure whether it is the correct item that they were due to deliver! No contact details left or other information given. The item is a custom made piece of furniture by a small business, I do not understand how it can be mixed up with anything else and this further delay is going to delay our entire bathroom project. Absolutely fuming. Avoid at all costs.
Couriers were informative and friendly and brought my item right inside the flat. I really couldn't fault them. Thanks guys, I would recommend you at the drop of a hat, and will keep your number on file in case I need anything else shifting. Richard
It all started so well. Great collection - two very helpful men.Delivery was a disaster. The running machine was just dumped outside our front door, despite us being in the house. No knocking on doors or anything & a hasty retreat. When we called, the drivers were "too far away to return" despite them just having dropped it off. As it is a heavy object & 2 men were requested for delivery, I cannot move it & now have to ask someone to move it for me at an additional cost. Very disappointing.
