Great delivery driver

Samuel went above and beyond when delivering my very extremely heavy radiators. He made sure they were put where I wanted them even though it took great effort. I couldn't recommend Samuel more highly.

Failure to deliver to first floor

Despite advising That the delivery was to first floor and would need two people the two people who came claimed that they were not instructed to take up to first floor. This left two mid 70 year olds having to move a gina ercol 3 seater settee ourselves. Unhappy!
