Trolley delivered within original time slot. The courier Remus Constantin was polite, friendly and efficient. The service for the price is pretty incredible and compares well against price comparison sites like Anyvan and Shiply which is more pot luck.
1st of 3 damaged items sent over the past 6 weeks.Tv cabinet broken on the bottom due to be secured badly on the Van.Has taken 4 weeks to actually get any response via email from Proovia stating they will refund the price of the cabinet but not the delivery cost.How can this be they have not delivered the cabinet correctly and they actually charge you for it.IT A BIG MINUS IN FACT ONE STAR IS ONE STAR TO MANY
Excellent thank you! The collection and delivery of parcel was arranged by someone else, as I had bought a large item from them online. The gentleman used Proovia as the courier because he had prior knowledge of them and how good a service they provided and I was delighted that he did, as my sister has used their service on many occasions and has always been 100% impressed. The large parcel was collected when it was supposed to be. It had obviously been very well looked after during it's time with Proovia as it arrived in perfect, unmarked condition. It was also delivered well within the time slot which I was provided with. I would gladly use the company to arrange the delivery of anything which I needed to send and I'm very happy to recommended them!
