The delivery drivers kept ringing me to let me know they were here instead of walking up the drive and pressing the door bell like every other delivery company. When I came to the door, they dumped my 2 tables I had waited 3 months for on the drive and walked off!When I asked if they were going to bring them in at least, they just said they are light and gestured for me to do it myself. Dreadful customer service and bad mannered lazy delivery drivers.
Customer comes second to the company’s arrangements.They demand immediate response to their texts.Everything is geared to mobile phone texts and they don’t take into account that not everyone monitors their phone every minute of every day nor that there are areas of the country where there is no signal.They use drivers and assistants whose first language is not English and who are, on occasion, unable to converse in it.No paperwork, for example, no receipt given on pick up, no signature on delivery. Very unnerving.Bike arrived OK, but not on time.
The information Proovia provided on the pick up, delivery schedule and progress was excellent and the delivery was right on time on the day. The two delivery men did the heavy lifting and placed our bulky purchase where it needed to go. Well satisfied.
