Item originally arrived with scratches obviously caused during transit. I refused to accept it and it went back . Proovia eventually repaired it but it took some time! Not sure why it took so long.

The delivery was not only professionally pre-handled, e.g., I got confirmation to confirm, messages on the day ahead of, but then also promptly or even earlier than expected AND.. delivered excellently package-protected and with care by the delivery guys. Top Stuff.
