Lovely friendly chaps who phoned to say when we were the next delivery & kept us fully informed throughout. They were even a few minutes ahead of their initial estimated eta. Great packaging & very kindly brought the item over our threshold & out of the rain. Would highly recommend.

I live alone.

The courier arrived to deliver a 57kg king size mattress 30 minutes earlier than I had stijlsged So was not at home. The driver phoned on arrival and would not wait 15 minutes for me to get home.

I was given
the option of allowing the mattress to be left or to arrange another delivery time. I agreed it should be left at the front door. But it was left three metres away from that. Had it been left against the front door I would have at least had a chanceto manoeuvre it into the house.

Seamless delivery of a vintage pram

I arranged for a vintage pram to be picked up without any packaging from Edinburgh to Oxfordshire. I made the booking on Saturday, it was collected on Tuesday, and delivered on Thursday with updates and a scheduled delivery time. Everything went smoothly, with no damage, and it was delivered by two friendly and helpful individuals.

Great communication but delivery issues

The communication about the delivery was outstanding. The courier was courteous, helpful, and considerate of our home. However, the item arrived completely soaked, despite it not raining at the time and the short distance from the van to our house. It appears that the item may have been unloaded at a previous stop to reach another package and was left exposed to the rain before being reloaded. Therefore, while this service seems efficient, the experience this time didn't warrant a higher rating.

Fantastic Service from the Delivery Team

I had a wonderful experience with the service, for which I am truly thankful. The staff went above and beyond to locate my address, which is quite challenging. They were friendly, dedicated, hardworking, and handled my fridge with great care while bringing it up to my third-floor apartment.
