Extremely disappointed.

If I could rate lower, I would. The courier arrived over an hour early and left our large, heavy sideboard outside in light rain. No attempt was made to ring the doorbell or knock; they just left. I will be filing a formal complaint. I cannot recommend this service based on this experience.

Careful handling and great communication.

Delivered quite early, which was very helpful. Two men carefully brought in the chest of drawers and placed it exactly where I wanted it. Very pleased with the entire process.
