Very good communication, kept me well informed regarding the delivery time. Two really helpful guys, said 'where do you want it' I said it's to go upstairs but leave it in the hall. They took it upstairs for me! Wonderful service. Proovia are always good.
This is a remarkably good carrier. The chaps arrived on time with my pedestal desk and were friendly and very helpful. The organisation from the office was extremely good and I was kept in touch in real time. The desk was carefully wrapped in the vehicle. I literally cannot fault the excellent service. Would recommend unreservedly !
There was a speedy collection required and other couriers were not able to do this. This company managed to fit me in and make the collection, for which I was very grateful. I was kept informed at all stages and the couriers delivered within the time frame allocated to me. So all in all a very positive experience. Thank you.
