Horrible courier experience! We were told the delivery would arrive between 1 pm and 5 pm, then got a text saying the ETA was 2:30 pm. So, we went to our new house to wait for it. We kept checking the live tracking and ended up waiting until 7:30 pm — still no delivery! My husband and I were exhausted and decided to head back to our old house for dinner. Then, 30 minutes later, the driver suddenly showed up at 8:15 pm!He called us but refused to wait and he did not understand english, so we had to rush back — a 20-minute drive — and finally received the furniture around 8:40 pm. There was zero communication from the driver beforehand, and no contact number was provided. The head office lines were already closed, so we couldn’t reach anyone.We managed to text the person who sent the ETA, and the excuse we got was “bad traffic and road layout changes.” Seriously? Completely unacceptable. I’ve already told the seller to never use this courier company again.
I needed a large heavy table delivered across the country maybe 270 miles. I had no idea how I’d do this and came across this company. The price was fair and communication very good throughout. One days delay through no fault of there own. Happy to recommend and will happily use them again.
