I ordered a product from Proshop that was listed as available on their website with a 3-5 day delivery time. However, my order didn't progress, and the new delivery date was pushed back by almost four weeks. The product is still listed as available on their website. At least customer service responds, but they can't help me and just tell me to keep waiting. Absolutely terrible.

Unreliable Delivery Experience in Germany

The delivery service in Germany has been very disappointing. I ordered a camera on 9th January 2026, and the delivery team indicated they couldn't locate the address. Despite my request to redirect the package to a parcel shop, I haven't received any updates for two working days. My emails to the delivery service went unanswered, while I did get some responses from the support team, but they haven't helped with either receiving my order or obtaining a quick refund. Overall, this has felt like a waste of both time and money.

Initial good service, but poor follow-up
