Review Time
I've purchased 8BitDo controllers from proshop.de and although they were advertised as new, one of the controllers was clearly used. The sealing stickers were cut, both the product box and controller had dirt marks, and the USB dongle was scratched. I've cleaned it and did some testing, the buttons work fine, but the USB-C charging port seems to disconnect randomly. I'm very disappointed, and find it a pretty dishonest practice to sell used products on retail prices.
I don't know how much influence on this you have but the delivery was horrendous. I wanted to have it delivered to my home (and paid extra) yet they didn't even try (there was always someone home) and just gave it up a the packet station (the package in not great condition).The Product itself is working and was intact which is the important part.
The item is in good condition, however you must change delivery provider, only they are not delivered to my home, despite the fact that i paid for it, they lied about delivery status claiming they did not found me at home, so they just delivered it to the parcel shop
Terrible company that cannot manage to track their own orders, and keep postponing my order by over a month. Not only that, I have to remind them that they haven't send my package, and remind them to charge my credit card for it. So much hassle to just get a simple product. Unbelievable...
