Promised delivery dates aren't fiable! Even if it's their own fault and the package dosn't even leave their store, they won't inform you because "it's normaland no matter to worry about".Promised delivery within 2 days. It took them 5.Why should I complain? It came too late for the birthday and I had to pay the return label! Apart of the additional delivering costs I had to pay another shop to deliver via express!
The store has a pretty good support that answers quickly and is ready to solve the problems. Thanks for that! The delivery time was rather extreme, we ordered a printer in January and it got to us in August when we didn’t expect it anymore. It seems like they had some major supply problems in winter, but I really appreciated that they were easy to reach and promptly answering all the requests.
I ordered a suitcase for a planned trip. The website stated 2-3 business days. After 3 days I wrote an email to check on the delivery status. I was then told the item was not in stock and there was no estimation on when I will get it. Unfortunately, the information on the website is unreliable, and Proshop doesn't bother to inform you. Instead of taking responsibility, they tell stories about their own supplier (which shouldn't be of concern to the customer I believe). I recommend to avoid Proshop.de
I bought the game Crusader Kings III for Xbox. The picture of the game in proshop.de website was indicating that it was for both Xbox One and X. Unfortunately it is not true: the game is only for Xbox X. I had to return the game and to pay the delivery costs.
Cannot keep promised timelines for delivery at all. I had ordered readily avaliable items at similar price like another german shop. Proshop promised delivery between 18th and 20th of may. I had ordered on the 17th, I decided over the german shop due to this time promise. Now 20th, the package is still in norway. This is really far from good considering its the last component required for my pc build. If i cannot even trust a sellers own statement on their page, this is a major issue, i have now ordered the same stuff from the other supplier and will cancel this, will not order her again, to proshop put realistic delivery times and do not overpromise and underdeliver and yes delays of some days do matter for some
