Disappointing and slow service

I placed an order on Thursday and paid by credit card, but there was no update until Tuesday when I was told the payment wasn't accepted. They requested a bank transfer instead. This was very disappointing, especially as I’m building a PC and other components were already delivered. I decided to cancel the order. The service is poor, and I strongly advise against ordering from this shop.

Great Purchase of RTX 5080 with Doom Bundle!

I recently bought the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 Founders Edition with the Doom: The Dark Ages bundle from Proshop, and I’m thrilled with the experience. The website was easy to navigate, and the card was in stock at a competitive price. I got the notification for the 5080 fe in stock from a discord server. Ordering was straightforward, and I received clear updates about my purchase. The graphics card arrived well within the estimated timeframe, and the packaging was robust and secure, ensuring the valuable component was protected during transit. I received timely updates on my order status and tracking, which was very reassuring. Delivery was fast, and the graphics card arrived well-packaged with no damage. The bundle code for Doom: The Dark Ages was included.I had a little problem redeeming the Doom game through the Nvidia app but I was able to search for the issues on reddit and resolved it.I’ve only tested the RTX 5080 briefly, but it’s performing flawlessly so far—amazing visuals and smooth gameplay. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I’d definitely shop with them again. Highly recommend!

Good Customer Service / Order wasn’t delivered by the DHL

The customer service was good and their replies were in a timely manner. I’ll be getting a refund instead of the product I ordered.Context:I ordered an item that was on discount on May 30. On June 2, I received a notification that my item was sent alongside a tracking code from NordPost (I selected Deutsche Post/DHL for the delivery). The package arrived to my region on June 4. On June 5, I received a notification saying that the package was being returned without further explanation.

New product, unbelievable discount and a superb quality OLED monitor!

I was able to buy a monitor for an excellent discount because DELL announced the newer version. Ordered it immediately and the monitor arrived super fast and securely packaged.
