I am so pleased with my new fencing. I was always anxious when going in the garden in case one of the cats slipped out, and it’s such a wonderful feeling to now be able to sit out in the garden with my cats, watching them play and sunbathe and not be worried that they may escape. (One of 3 jumped half way up the fence but quickly gave up - that’s been the only attempt)Everybody involved in the process was great; Aaron phoned me to discuss options and arranged a quote, and the fitting was done about a week later. It took about 4 hours to install and the men were able to make adjustments around my garden bar to make sure everything was secure. I can’t explain the feeling I have sitting in my egg chair in the sun with no worries and a cat on my lap 😸 thank you, ProtectaPet
Since buying this product and installing them my cats are safe and happy in my garden. Prior to that, my cats have been attacked and seriously injured by other cats seven times. Now, happy cats and a happy cat mum. I would most definitely recommend protectaPet product to pet owners.
What they said and what they made my garden look like was a mess and the workman he was lovely but the work was not up to standard is was all uneven around the perimeter and he saved on the brackets and just stretched the nett with cable ties and left gaps and said my cat will not able to jump that high and that is why he done that. Ther was gonna be a little pen area so my cat can stay out all hours when it pleased to but the messed that up too I did get a call back from the someone higher up saying the clip I sent them of the work was not up to there standard and I was correct in pointing where they need to fix it but as I was going around showing and explaining it, I could see what I missed in not showing them in the first place and asked if I can have it taken away and with out any fuss the workman came back and ripped the nett off the fence and left staples half out half in the wood and was not happy taking it down. The end got holes in the walls and some plugs are hanging out and no body called to ask was everything as u wanted so I would say ask them to send u the map and how the end product is gonna look like and the material the gonna use and the mesh where they are gonna use it and not mix the materials up like they did for me. Hope this help someone looking to get this company to make ur garden cat Friendly.
The frame is wonderful but unfortunately the netting does not have a fire safety certificate therefore cannot be used in a block of flats. Alternate netting had to be purchased They didn’t ask for any specific fire safety compliance and I have used a flame retardant bird netting which works but obviously not reinforced.
