First, I would say I love the prints, they look amazing and are really high quality. I’ll be honest and say that I’ve experienced delays with two of my five orders which was a little frustrating,but once dispatched they were delivered very quickly. I believe the problem was simply volume of orders and this impacted the dispatch and customer service process. Although there was a delay, once customer service picked the issue up, it was resolved quickly. I guess too many orders is not a bad problem to have!!!Overall the quality of the prints outweighs any little niggles. Would definitely recommend.
I have now ordered four prints from this company and they are all great ! When I am looking for something a bit different I always turn to Punk Haus ! The pictures always arrive very well protected and packaged and you are updated through out. Thank you once again x
RESOLVED I was re-assured via email that the order was just taking a little longer Prints arrived Thanks for responding Maybe change the delivery time on order and people will understand they have to wait in like for good quality framed prints Still waiting for prints and I also think the messages are AI generated Two more days and I’m requesting re-fund
