I am excited about Puretalk

I am excited about Puretalk, it is an American company that helps first responders and Veterans. They made the experience so easy in switching from Verizon, with patients, and English-speaking assistant. I am a senior citizen, and their rate is awesome. With help from radio 740 and all the host like Sean Hannity, Clay and Buck, Mike Rowe is with dirty jobs, I got the $29.95 plan saving me a $100.00 each month. This made a very Merry Christmas. Thank You

So far GREAT

So far, the switch from V has been great, especially the significant savings. We've called to change one plan and the help we received was superb compared to previous provider's foreign accent that we could never understand!Thanks!

Phone not registered on the network

Dropped calls, calls not ringing and goes straight to voicemail . Worst: Cannot dial our “your phone is not registered on the network” while I have been a subscriber for over 3 years. Reported the issues numerous times, customer service did not help, tried the reconfigure my ph remotely. Thought of saving money, gained high level of frustration.Would not recommend, looking at competitors.

I am trying to get answers about a double payment sent to Puretalk in November2025. I have talked to representatives three times and e mailed Puretalk. The representatives were not helpful at all and no one has bothered to e mail me back. Your customer service leaves much to be desired.

Your company support for the military…

Your company support for the military was my second priority as a veteran and of course, my first priority was to get a better price than what I currently had. I would say overall I am extremely pleased. The switchover was very easy and the company I believe has good value values.

USA!!

Clear connections, always available, at a really great price. And the all-USA staff is wonderful! So nice to understand people for a change. Highly recommended!So many of the single-star reviews are due to 1 or 2 things, or both: Bad location or User errors. And yes, User errors DO exist. So keep this in mind when reading or writing a bad review. Puretalk is definitely an up and coming cell service, with a hit with the USA staff - finally! Again, highly recommended!

You get what you pay for…

I have never experienced a more horrible cellular service. Without fail, every conversation either experienced the call being dropped or multiple breaks in the conversation. Annoying is an understatement! Not to mention the data sucks!! I gave it 3 months but I am already in the process of canceling! PureTalk is one of those purchases where you get what you pay for and there’s a reason it’s cheap! Never again!
