I generated a QR code on the free…

I generated a QR code on the free trial. I logged in for paid upgrade to find the details of another person (including their full name and address) had been linked to my code. I certainly did not put them there. I raised concerns about this repeatedly with the company. The only response they made was that I must have manually entered the details myself. I did not. They won't engage with the idea there is any error on their side and I have 20,000 leaflets in circulation with a QR code that doesn't work.
