Review Time
The pair of Qronge bikes we purchased allowed us to ride further, faster and more comfortable than any of our previous bikes. Able to ride farther distances, gave us more opportunities to see and visit a lot more places, and got us out riding a lot more often. The quality of the bikes is excellent, and we are big fans of how many miles we can get on a single battery charge.
The bike was fairly easy to assemble, considering my lack of "expertise". It has plenty of useful features & is comparable to a friend's bike that was more than double the price! It is supposedly foldable, but I can't figure that out & the tutorial doesn't demonstrate that.
Bike has issues. They wanted me to fix it my self. Sent new. Battery. Then both tires are flat. The will sen 2 tires. But who will put on especially back with gears. Brake cord wrapped around fork of bike. To tight. Wore paint on fork and tore cord. Asked for new bike or money back they said I could fix on own what a joke.
We bought two of these bikes. Shipping was as expected. Set up went decent. The owners manual covered most of the setup process. A few things were omitted but using common sense, it wasn't terrible for what had been omitted. We have been using the bikes regularly and thus far they have performed better than we anticipated. We are very pleased with them and hopefully they are durable over time.
The bikes arrived quickly, and the set-up was relatively simple. I had a question about the bikes, and the customer service was excellent. The bikes ride very nicely with more power than I expected. These are our first e-bikes, so I wasn't sure what we were getting into, but so far, we are very pleased. I like that the bikes look like regular bikes. We bought an orange bike and a blue bike, very stylish.
Purchased my Meteor in August of 2025. Assembly was easy and was taking the first ride within an hour. I'm in my 60's and have 4 grandkids living with me. I can actually go on bike rides with them and keep up without getting worn out. Very sturdy ride, with smooth assistance on the uphill rides. Only complaint is, I had to raise the front light up on to the basket to keep it from hitting the front fender. I also wish I would have purchased the step through version for easier mounting. Going to try to save up and try the smaller foldable Waterfall, unless Qronge would like to send me one to review, since the grandkids have tried mine and are now wanting a Qronge. Raising grandkids gets expensive lol. Great bike and company and actually reached out to me by telephone to make sure I was enjoying my purchase. Great touch Qronge.
My wife and I were thinking of getting emikes, we are beginners and didn't want to spend lots of money on bikes, becouse we didn't know if we would use them. we got 2 bikes, and we are very happy with them, and the support was great, I would email them questions and they would respond the same day.
