I havent' even finished assembling my new Qronge trike and already I'm a fan for life. Their customer service is prompt, clear, and understanding while solving my self-made problem. Who cares if I can't yet ride or pronounce the name, I'm on team Qronge!

An amazing company!!!

This is such a great company. When I first saw their add for the X1 Spark I thought it was fake or a scam. I got ordered 2 X1 Sparks for less than half the price of what I was going to pay for 1 of the standard e dirtbikes. Their support is top notch. Every time I reached out to them they responded exceptionally fast. They even added the kit for me at the discounted price when they didn't really have to. My bikes weren't supposed to be shipped til Dec 15. My first bike was delivered the the 15th and my second should should show up today the 16th. They even offer them in 2 sizes. Large and medium. I didn't notice wish I would have got the large instead. Support offered to change my my order to large but they wouldnt have shipped til jan 15 and im impatient lol i am very impressed with the quality of it. Cant wait for the charge to finish so I can test it! Thank You to everyone at Qronge!!!

Questionable Business Practices

After recently purchasing 2 E-bikes from this company I began to notice some questionable business practices. They have a E-Bay business page and their official website. The MSRP prices are vastly different on their website and EBay page. Price difference can be up to $600. They seem to over inflate the value of the e-bikes on their website. They also state their batteries are UL certified on eBay yet there is no mention or certification to be found anywhere on their official website. Nor do their batteries have UL labels anywhere. Their batteries are sold for $100 on EBay yet their website sells them for $500 without UL certification. Also there is quality control issues with their bikes such as bent fenders and derailleur. Misaligned rear bike rack and headlight. Their bike manuals withhold valuable information pertaining to operation and maintenance of their E-bike models. Some manual pages are glued together. Yet despite their pitfalls I can give them credit for responding via e-mail to my questions. Customer service seems to be responsive. Their bikes seem to be of decent quality in certain areas. I can’t speak on the durability of their bikes such as battery and motor. Hopefully you can get 2 years out of them but only time will tell. If you plan on purchasing a bike from QRonge do some research. I think I would recommend them if you wanna buy an affordable E-bike to Start with.

Hi my name is Breana I order my brother thunder E bike on Dec 4 2025 he never received the bike and they cancelled his insurance say it was shipped June 12 2025 that a lie and we order insurance Dec 19 2025 that a lie we order it on Dec 4 2025 and I feel this is a scam and I understand it a holiday and had black Friday and Cyber Monday

Overall quality is good But improvements are needed

The boxes were heavy damaged upon arrival Both bikes had scratches in the paint. Many reviews have same issue. Rear racks did not match up to the screw holes. Kickstands are defective Bike's fall over when left on stand. Front fender is flimsy and seems to be warping on one bike. The screws constantly have to be retightened. Most of the free accessories are cheap and useless. Brought all this to attention of the company and received a generic blow off response

I ordered my e-trike 2 weeks ago it…

I ordered my e-trike 2 weeks ago it still hasn't been shipped but they charged my Credit card right away. They never told me it was on back stock and even if it is they should not be charging my CC before it's shipped. Now I have cancelled my order and they need to put the money back on my card. I am so MAD!!!!!!!!!!!

I would definitely recommend buying from Qrange.

I am a &75.00 year old female that purchased a Mirage E-Bike from Qrange. The price was very good and the delivery was on-time. I had to assemble parts of the bike, and called their support line a few times as I didn't understand exactly how to complete this. They called me back in a short time and quickly explained the part I was having problems about. The man I spoke to (twice) was patient and understanding and game me easy to understand instructions. I then could not get my battery to unlock and needed to call again. I took a video of the problem I was having and was offered a replacement battery. It was a pleasure to work with this company on my purchase.

Bought for a brother

1) No problems with purchase and the bike was delivered on time with all the components, right down to the last nut and bolt.2) Assembly was easy. I took me a day but I took my time. The instructions were right on and easy to follow. Really - anticipation built with every step completed.---Once the bike was ready to go, it was given to a brother. Although i have no 1st hand experience on riding the bike, the brother has had nothing but praise for riding the bike.3) Up to date, and this is where I do have 1st hand experience, is that the costumer service is top notched. They, Qronge, make it so easy to buy spare/extra parts. There is never an issue using a card, placing an order or just asking for knowledge. This issue alone is why I will return to Qronge for future needs of transportation and just plane riding enjoyment.
