My spouse purchased 2 electric bicycles from this company….excellent products and customer service. I was a cyclist for most of my adult life, only slowing down once I hit my 70’s. My wife purchased her e-bike and I just had to try it….really surprised with the excellent mechanics and the ease of assisted power. We purchased my e-bike that day. I would recommend this 5 STAR product. I am 79 and my wife is 71….we usually ride 23-25 miles a day with weather permitting.
I would rate this ZERO stars if it was an option.I ordered the Qronge Meteor. It came and I assembled it and I thought, from the beginning, it was poorly made. The front wheel wobbles, it is not sturdy, and the brakes are poor.After less than two months, the power failed. The display failed to even turn on and the bike will not work with any pedal assist. I have sent pictures of the batter and where it connects, as requested. I heard nothing regarding the power after that.
This trike has given me such freedom. I no longer drive because of neurological issues causing my eyes to spasms shut so it is not safe to have me driving. Love the fat tires because they easily travel over any condition. I had a regular trike bike before but it was not even in the same ballgame. So much better.
The bikes are great. Ride the bikes 100 miles with no problems. Real enjoy the bikes they are fun to ride. The only thing that was a problem was I had to text Qronge to see why my order was not started. The order sat there for a week. After the text my order started. Then sat at Fedx for 5 days. With 2 day shipping.
