Quench is a predatory company. They tried to take over an account set up by the local distributor. They deceptively sent a serviceperson out and billed me a few hundred dollars when I got free service from the distributor. They use strong arm tactics when I was caught between paying ny local guy and Quench.. Then thety assessed late charges when I paid the local distro. So much time and effort wasted dealing with these people. I would stay away from Quench for your own good.
Erik Tamayo provided us with a great service! We needed our water system transferred to our new warehouse location and he went above and beyond. Great customer service and showed us all the work he did and overall everything looked fantastic! Thanks Erik!!!!

Matthew provided exceptional service throughout the entire process. Our water machine quite working over a year ago. Quench sent out a tech and the tech informed us that the parts could not be ordered for our machine anymore and it could not be fixed. I reached out to the company multiple times because we were still being billed for a machine that did not work. We were told we would have to pay for a new machine instead of being provided with a replacement because they could not fix ours. I was still being billed for a machine not being used! I asked to cancel our contract with the company since the machine could not be fixed and was told we would have to pay out our contract. They refused to work work with and insist that the bills are valid even though the water machine could not be fixed or used. I have disputed the bills multiple times and I am told every time that there is nothing the company will do. No discount on the bill. No removing the bills even though the machine was unusable. Highly disappointed that their company representatives refused to help in any way. I get called and emailed once a week and respond to every call and email and I am being told that I never contacted them. 10/10 would NOT recommend using this company to anybody ever.
A pleasant experience so far. At the moment, I've only communicated with Matthew Van Etten via email, but he has been incredibly kind and patient with me as I was trying to figure out what I needed. I expect our machine to be delivered/installed in December, so I can write about that experience later.
This company is HORRIBLE. After calling QUENCH many times to have our three water dispenser serviced and them not showing up we canceled them. Also, there billing is a joke I rarely received invoices from them and when I did they were always wrong. A one star is overrated for this company.
