Our sparkling water and chilled water machine was having problems. Quench Culligan determined it needed to be replaced. A replacement unit was installed and we are very happy with the technician and the replacement machine. Very happy with customer service and the technician. The replacement machine is fantastic. They also installed new filters that were due as well.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I've put up with terrible customer service over the years, but today was the final straw. I reached out to terminate my service for a location I am closing and was told I was under a 5 year contract. I knew I had not signed a 5 year contract so I asked them to send me a copy. They sent it over and it was signed by a 20 year old receptionist. They came in for service, asked the receptionist to sign off. She did thinking it was for the service call and it was a 5 year contract. I've gone back and forth with them and they just keep saying "its legally binding". This is fraud and it was done on purpose to trick us into a 5 year contract. Do not ever work with this company!
My experience with Culligan Quench has been disappointing.During the sales process, the product and commercial terms were presented in a way that did not accurately reflect the reality of the agreement once the unit was installed and operating. When this became clear, we raised the issue with their team.To their credit, they did attempt to offer resolution options. However, the options provided did not reasonably address the underlying issue and would have required continuing with a structure that no longer made commercial sense for our business.The situation has since escalated toward collections pressure on a disputed account, which is not how most businesses would expect a disagreement like this to be handled.For companies considering Culligan Quench, I would strongly recommend carefully reviewing the contract and independently verifying the details of what is being represented during the sales process.Transparency during the sales process is critical in long-term service agreements, and unfortunately that was not my experience here.
