Our tech, Kauhane is AWESOME! The problem is QUENCH only has 1 Technician that services the whole State of Hawaii, which is not good because if I have an emergency, we will have to wait until an opening for a tech is available. This doesn't work for us.
My company has several Quench dispensers, and we seem to be adding more. I contact Darcy and she takes care of everything immediately. Technicians let me know the day they are coming and when they have left. If there is an issue of any kind Darcy has a technician come out and diagnose/fix.
My company signed up with Stonebrook. We never signed a contract. The contract we have was forged all by the sales person. They don t even have the correct person working here signing. The are trying to charge me for 4 months left we are closing our company. My company tried getting rid of it last year but it was going to cost us 1600.00 DOLLARS THIS IS NOT RIGHT AND THE CONTRACT DOES NOT STATE ANYTHING ABOUT CLOSING A BUSINESS. ALSO NOT QUENCH CULLIGAN CONTRACT.
Terrible company. They keep sending me spam, claiming that I have a "support request". But I have never been their customer and never will be. @Culligan - you are probably going to write a bs answer. My case has number 94861560. Close it and idelete my email from your system. I never contacted you. Edit: so you question the authenticity of my review? Unfortunately it is not possible to upload photo documentation, but I have sent it to trustpilot.
