I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this company was so unprofessional it deserves to be called out.I had a scheduled delivery that was missed because the driver “ran out of time.” That’s frustrating enough—but what followed was even worse. For an entire week, no delivery was made and I received only one vague update claiming it would be delivered “in two days.” That date came and went. Still nothing.What’s even more unacceptable is that the company made no effort to prioritize my delivery, even though it was their error. No urgency, no accountability, no apology. It’s clear that client satisfaction is not a priority for this team.If this is how they treat customers who are affected by their operational failures, I want nothing to do with them. My business may not be large enough to hurt their bottom line, but I’ll make sure others know how unreliable and unprofessional this company is. I’ve ended my contract, and I won’t be looking back.Do better. This is how you lose clients.
We are in Las Vegas Nevada and temps hit triple digits for multiple days. Having the water cooler with the ice maker has made my employees very happy. We encourage multiple breaks for water and it has made it more pleasurable for everyone!
We are so happy with our Culligan Quench! We had an emergency with our water and Trish was super helpful and got us signed up and scheduled for an install very quickly. Trish also answered all of my questions and was really nice about it :) Today Alexis Guzman came and installed our machine and that was easy too! He was in and out without a lot of fuss and he gave us a little tutorial on how to use it. From signing up to installation we feel like the company is taking care of us and it's a really nice difference from our old water supplier.
OUR COMPANY HAS ALWAYS SERVICED WITH QUENCH, WHEN I REACHED OUT TO THEM ON 07/03/2025 THEY SET UP A TECH TO COME OUT , AFTER A WEEK THE TECH CAME OUT AND SAID WE NEEDED A NEW MACHINE AND WE WOULD BE CONTACTED. AFTER A FEW DAYS I RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING SINCE WE OWNED OUR UNIT WE WOULD NEED TO PAY TO HAVE IT CLEANED, ONCE WE SUBMITTED AN INVOICE PROVING THE WORK WAS DONE A TECH WOULD THEN COME TO SERVICE OUR MACHINE. WE PAID A COMPANY TO COME IN AND CLEAN THE MACHINE AND WE SUBMITTED THE INVOICE FOR PROOF AND THEN WERE GIVEN A DATE A TECH WOULD COME IN TO SERVICE IT. THE DAY THE TECH WAS TO ARRIVE TO SERVICE THE MACHINE I RECEIVE AN EMAIL AT 3:48PM STATING THEY WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO SERVICE OUR MACHINE. WHEN REACHING OUT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO FIND OUT WHY, I AM TOLD, "IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO LEASE A NEW MACHINE WE WOULD BE HAPPY TO SERVICE THAT ONE." AFTER YEARS OF SERVICE WITH THIS COMPANY AND THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE? I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND QUENCH AND WILL BE TAKING OUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!
