I absolutely adore all the makeup I received. It arrived quickly and safely, and everything is STUNNING! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND getting the black primer for the pigments, especially if you want them to look like the photos on the site. It truly makes a HUGE difference! I will definitely be ordering from them again!
I ordered makeup for a specific event a month in advance. After waiting 10 days with no shipping update, I reached out and found out one product was out of stock. I asked to cancel my order, but the next day I received a shipping notification. Now, over a week later, the tracking shows it's still in a factory overseas. My event is in two days, and I spent over $100 with no makeup. If you thought you were supporting a local business, it turns out everything comes from abroad. I'm really not impressed.
I've tried similar products, but none compare to this brand, which is why I keep coming back. I use the gel primer, and during hot summers, I pair it with a different eye primer for extra coverage due to my oily skin. I'm excited to try more products!
First of all, the products are gorgeous! The pigments glide on effortlessly and shift just like the videos show! They are easily buildable, but you don’t need much product to achieve the look. The only downside was the shipping; I received my order before the website updated 🤣, so I’m pleased overall!
I ordered the Black Diamond and Celestial Silver. I found them to be quite pricey, around $25 each. The Black Diamond is just a regular mascara; it added little volume or length to my thin lashes and came off easily. The Celestial Silver is a topper that gives some shimmer, but it’s not impressive. I would not reorder this product.
I love that it doesn’t crease or make my eyes look older. That’s hard to find! I wish I had ordered more but plan to rectify that soon. The delivery was also very quick. Overall, a fantastic purchase from an excellent company, and I will definitely order again :)
I thought I was dealing with a NZ company, only to discover that the products were coming from China. Once the tracking changed at the NZ border the tracking stopped. It's now 2 weeks since I paid. I bought these products as a present for my daughter. Her birthday has been and gone. If it's not here in another week I'm asking for a refund. They should say on their website that items are sent from China and it's a long wait.
Super high quality makeup - I’m still getting compliments on my eye shadow 5 DAYS after application! The color palates are gorgeous and easy to mix and match to create different looks.Customer service is top notch, they’re very responsive and resolve any issues quickly. Shipping was pretty fast too, especially considering it comes from New Zealand. They’ve made me a customer for life!
