Excellent quality product. Never built a log cabin before but the after-sales team have guided me through the process whenever I've been unsure of a particular step. Gabriele - my technical after-sales contact has been excellent in all respects.
Spent a long time deciding on which log cabin company to use. Eventually bought the Clara from quick garden.The ordering was simple, the delivery was quick and easy.The cabin itself is excellent quality, very good quality timber.However, the instructions are simply not good enough!I’m an experienced woodworker/builder, so it should be straightforward!Unfortunately not!That’s when customer service got involved!Patricija Jurskyte is absolutely fantastic!I’ve contacted via email numerous times, each time I get a prompt response. A full explanation on how to proceed.The contact is always professional, helpful, but most of all understanding and supportive.I cannot praise enough. Would recommend just for the after sale support!🪚🙉😇
We ordered a 5 X 6m Garage in December for delivery in April the week before Easter. Order process and communication was easy. Garage arrived right on time without any problems. My Wife and I built it over the Easter holiday, it went together without any issues, nothing was missing and the quality is excellent. Thanks to the team at Quick-garden especially Marina and Patricija. Excellent customer service and a great product. All in all a good experience and worthy of a 5 Star review. Tony & Nicky High Peak
I would strongly recommend you have all of the installation information, detailed and photographic. We purchased a carport, and the carport itself is great, the delivery is great, no complaints there whatsoever, but due to missing information from the assembly and installation guide from Quick Garden our roof shingles were applied in the same way any roofer or builder would apply them. Apparently this was wrong and it resulted in me have to buy more shingles. Quick-Garden did react promptly and sent more to complete installation. Delivery and Items were compensated by them, so after sales worked really well. Again I would just recommend you have all of the correct paperwork and installation guides before you start, lessons learnt from both parties.
Quick Garden are exceptional. A high standard of service, wide ranging options. We chose a fully insulated 6x4 office. Cosy in the winter, doors wide open in the summer. The best part is, how cost effective this company are. Hands down, best on the market as far as we are concerned.
Two things stick out about my experience with this company, the quality of the product and the communication.We bought the carport with shed and installed it ourselves. Unfortunately the delivery driver delivered the wrong package. It was a 50/50 shot as he only had 2 deliveries to make, but an easy mistake to make as it was not clear which package was for whom. Informed the company, who took this in their stride and quickly re-arranged for the products to be switched. What impressed me was that they were delivering to Italy, which in itself is a logistical nightmare. Their communication has been fantastic at every step of the buying process.I was impressed with the ease of construction, the quality of the workmanship and the versatility of the structure. We flipped the shed from one side of the structure to the other and moved the window from the outside wall to the inside wall.I would definitely buy from this company again.
