I purchased the smallest of the Garden Office Pod PREMIUM L, due to having limited space in my garden, which looks fantastic in the images on the website. I particularly liked the contemporary design and the overall look. My build looks every bit as good as the website image. The quality of the materials provided was excellent and I am thrilled with my purchase. However, I feel that it should be made clear that construction should be done by a professional or an extremely competent DIYer, as the whole thing comes in loose timber, (a huge delivery - you will need plenty of space) with what I consider to be less than clear instructions on assembly. There is a significant amount of work required to get it built in the way it is intended. This coupled with having timber left over, made it a little confusing at times. We did speak to an adviser on a couple of occasions to clarify some construction questions, who was extremely helpful and we managed to work our way through our issues. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the quality of the build and would recommend the product.

After 5 years it seems more relevant to put review on.Triple garage has had a few problems because of the extending sideways, but a prop on both the internal spans has stopped further bowing out of the walls. Biggest problem has been the wooden opening doors I kept. I had rollers fitted to the other 2. Despite steel frame to keep them in shape both have dropped to the point of now dragging on floor when opening.This is due to the tendency of wood and, due to the design they cannot be taken off and swapped on reverse side. They need to be remade with new t & g and maybe a support wheel attached to the steel ring frame.
Right from the start it has been a great experience from asking about a bespoke order being kept upto date with the process of the order The delivery guy needs a medal made a difficult delivery very easy and quick very impressed The installation could not have gone better every thing fitted well and easy installation
We spent quite a bit of time researching options for a garden building and Quick Garden's pricing looked very attractive. The sales representative was responsive, knowledgeable and honest; he talked me through the different specs on the product and was not pushy at all. Whether or not to pay for the construction service was a big decision because there's easily the belief that you can save money by doing it yourself. But seeing the fantastic job that the builders did in a few days would have taken us so much longer. The real test of service though is the aftersales. A minor imperfection which was not initially noticed was resolved quickly. And although there was a slight tear in the felt after some bad weather a few months later, the builder was back the following day to fix it. Great service, great product, and value for money. A new room as part of our house will give us a brilliant option for the kids to enjoy...or for us adults to go to when we want to hide from them!
appalling product, appalling customer service.Lots of lovely emails but take no responsibility for anything. Wrong items delivered and then told could be replaced weeks later - that was the foundation of the whole building. The items are packed all over the place so we had to unpack 5 tonnes of wood and window to check they were all there. So many of the planks were warped, the internal wall looks like a S shape. The windows have 2 inch gaps all the way round. The instructions tell you to install the gables complete but then it's impossible to install the beams so we had to start all over. I suggested they might like to compensate me but heard nothing.Please contact me directly for photos and testament from the carpenters who installed and vowed never to use the company again.
