I’m writing to thank you for supplying and building such a wonderful log cabin for me. The woodwork is excellent with plenty of spare parts which I have found useful.I was late getting the base sorted due to Thames Water’s inefficient service but you did not hassle me at any point to take delivery, I particularly appreciate that.Tom & Chris the Polish cabin builders were incredibly quick and skilled at building the cabin, just 3 days. Many residents have complimented me on having such a pleasing cabin built.So thank you Quick Garden cabins and I look forward to showing your potential customers round my wonderful log cabin. What a great company. Nothing was too much. When the delivery arrived on the lorry, the driver was excellent at getting it unloaded onto my driveway. Then a few days later the team arrived to build the cabin. They carried all the components to the back garden and built the base. When they informed me there was a problem with the cabin being too long for the base, they sorted out quickly and without fuss. They went to the DIY shop and got more wood and spikes and extended the base. HQ paid for all the extra materials and 3 days later we had a beautiful cabin. The team were always polite and hard working. There was one small problem and within a short period of time the team came back, removed the wood trim around one of the four windows with woodworm and replaced it with trim the same colour as before. An excellent experience for us and we have a superb cabin. Thank you
We ordered a garage. We constructed ourselves but instructions were only some pictures not how you should do things. Got to the last wall and we are short by atleast 3 panels of cladding. Wood quality and basic design is good. If they had better instructions that would help a lot or any proper instructions and the correct amount of materials.
I couldn’t be happier with my Quick Garden Mississipi barn/garage/shed. The shed build itself was absolutely marvellous: the wood was cut perfectly and fitted together beautifully and the final result looks fantastic. The instructions were for the most part very clear (though they were in German), and the structure is quite intuitive, though you do have to pay attention to the details and use some common sense.We opted for a steel roof, which I believe comes from a third-party supplier. It looks stunning, but the instructions weren’t as clear as the ones provided by Quick Garden for the shed itself. That said, it all came together well in the end. The only minor criticism would be the door handles, which aren’t quite as high quality as the rest of the build, but they’re easy to replace and don’t detract from the overall excellence.A huge shoutout to Quick Garden’s customer support and aftercare, which has been exceptional. In particular, I want to thank Patricija, who was incredibly clear, gracious, and helpful in addressing some water ingress issues I encountered. She made sure I was well looked after and this reflects really well on the company.I would definitely recommend Quick Garden, the sheds are beautiful and I felt really well looked after as a customer. A great project for us!
