Review Time
As others have stated, this is a terrible product and a disaster from the start.I only wish I'd read some of the other reviews.The driver getting stuck was only the start of the issues.Missing items, and the very foundation pieces were the wrong size one being shorter than the other, this was only found out when it was too late to rectify.Also as others have stated, the wood is packed all over the place having to unpack masses of wood just to check everything was there.Warped and damaged planks, and in some cases huge gaps in the beams when fitted, that do not close over time as informed by the useless instructions.Speaking of instructions they are awful, and don't instruct at all, just a collection of vague pictures, worse than Ikea, and the video is pointless, as they show things differently to the instructions.Finally, after days and days of trauma, it was finally completed, with hinges that offer no security at all to the doors and can be unscrewed from the outside, which is utterly pointless.A few weeks along, and the whole thing leaks like a sieve along all the joints, especially the central posts, the windows that sat in a huge hole have water pouring through too, not to mention water coming through all the doors, as it pours down the wall, into the top of the door frames then through and into the garage.I've had to pay for multiple tubes of silicone to try to stem the problem with little use.I truly wish I'd never bothered at all, a complete waste of money and time.
The Garden Log Cabins were just as described, good solid construction and great doors with good glazing, one was double glazed and the smaller cabin was single glazed but the quality was so good you can't tell the difference. The delivery was exactly when stated even though it was a huge truck to get to our remote part of Wales. The build team were in great demand in the summer months but managed to errect both buildings in only just over two days. A very good experience all round and communications with the company Quick Garden were excellent. 10/10
From ordering to delivery to construction this was an easy process. The team was trustworthy and delivered a high quality garden room that I now use every day as an outdoor office. The room itself is spacious well insulated and sturdy along with fully fitted lighting, sockets and locks to ensure security.
Brought a Oslo log cabin back in 2023. I've hung off doing a review because I wanted to see how it was after a couple of years. To be honest it's great. My Son and I installed it quite easier. The dimensions were as detailed so if you get the base correct and level it should go up fine. So overall I'm really pleased with my purchase. Thanks
Great service and products. Made use of discount and invested in a double car port. Ordering and delivery was seamless. For the money you can't go wrong. Make sure you treat all the wood well. It's been up for 2 years and no issues. Recommend
An absolutely fantastic experience with Quick Garden throughout our Log Cabin project. Delivery was as stated at time of ordering, then once I started the build, the team was extremely helpful with very swift responses to any questions I had. The actual build itself was very straight forward, so much so I was able to complete 80% of the build on my own, with a little help from the family when it came to some of the heavier lifts and instalment of larger pieces (doors, windows and gables). We are over the moon with the end product and extremely pleased with our choice, the 44mm DREUX 4x3m log cabin. Outstanding service, a great product and excellent value for money.
Would just like to thank you all at Quick-Gardens for a fantastic service and a fantastic product, from placing the order and paying the deposit everything was explained delivery date agreed it was so easy.The transport company Jeavons Eurotir emailed me with the delivery details, they also made things easy and even when speaking to Hanna Tipper with a few questions she explained everything to me and put my mind at rest.The delivery arrived as planed and the driver was so helpful obliging even got the pallets into our garden.
I ordered my Poolhouse (in the spring sale offer] in Jan 23 and Quick Garden (Marina) arranged for it to be stored for six weeks so I could get the base constructed whilst still honouring the sale price, When delivered, I decided to use the Quick Gardens recommended installation team, who responded less than a week after contact, who did a quality installation. Marina was very helpful and responded to questions regarding dimensions etc before delivery for my builder to construct the base. I am extremely happy with the build quality and we have had plenty of use of the house since we had it installed. Would recommend.
